Who We Partner With

Our Partner Program is a fit for organizations that serve individuals and families who need reliable estate planning, including:

  • Financial planners and wealth management firms
  • Banks, trust departments, and financial institutions
  • CPAs and accounting firms
  • Retirement planning and benefits companies
  • Life insurance agencies and producers
  • Corporate partners looking to offer estate planning as a value‑added service

If you’re serving clients in Raleigh, Wake Forest, Wake County, the Triangle, or anywhere in North Carolina, we can build a repeatable workflow that protects your organization and improves your client experience.

What Your Clients Receive

Your clients work directly with our law firm for:

  • Attorney-guided estate planning consultations
  • Legal analysis tailored to their situation
  • Drafting of core estate planning documents
  • A signing meeting supervised by counsel
  • Execution formalities handled in compliance with North Carolina requirements

Because our firm manages drafting and execution, your organization can confidently offer estate planning as part of the client relationship without stepping into the practice of law.

How the Program Works

We keep the process simple and scalable:

  • Your Team Introduces the Service
You provide our intake questionnaire to the client as part of your normal onboarding or review process.
  • You Send the Completed Intake to Our Firm
Once we receive the intake, we open a direct attorney‑client engagement with the client.
  • We Draft, Meet, and Execute
We handle drafting, attorney consultation, and execution/signing so the client gets a complete, compliant outcome with a clean, professional process.
